PUBLIC SPEAKING

I recently visited Rachael to seek help with Public Speaking and Presentation Skills. I was having severe bouts of nerves when having to deliver a public speech or presentation to the degree that it was having a negative effect on my career.

After an initial telephone call with Rachael I was made to feel at ease and she confidently informed me that she could help me with my problem through hypnosis.

Rachael gave me the choice of having the therapy in the comfort of my own home or visiting Rachael at her home. An appointment was made at a convenient time for me and within minutes Rachael made me feel very relaxed as she thoroughly questioned me around my problem asking me detailed questions of how I felt when faced with public speaking. I was also given the opportunity to ask Rachael any questions I had about hypnosis etc.

Rachael used a combination of hypnosis and NLP with me and at the end of my session I felt the most relaxed, calm and confident I can ever remember feeling!

Since my session with Rachael I have had to deliver a number of presentations which have been very successful. I sometimes feel slightly nervous but definitely not to the degree I did before my hypnosis. Rachael has sent me a CD to use if I ever feel the need for a further session and often drops me an email to check on my progress which I think is fantastic.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rachael to anyone, friends, family and colleagues alike.
