Energy & Motivation

I have used the cd on many occasions. Last week each morning, this week twice. I have found it of benefit and my energy levels have improved. Monday was my worst day, when I did not use the cd, and hadn't since Thursday. It is hard to say exactly how the cd effects me, but it does. Part of me feels that I have a personal trainer coaching me to deal with issues, and if I don't I am letting you (as it is your voice I am listening to) down.

Each time I listen to the tape there is something different that I hear that I did not before. Also, after listening to the cd I am more relaxed and calm. It provides time for myself that I would not normally get or seek.

Smoke Free

You will be glad to know that I am completely smoke free! I have hardly even thought about smoking which as you know from our meet was one of the most annoying things I found about smoking. I had a few days of cravings but not as strong as I had in the past when trying to stop. I must admit that I had a few drinks with family the other day and did try a cigarette just to see how I would feel but I was surprised to find it was very dull and soon got rid of it! I am still a little amazed as to how this has been so easy and it feels as though you 'erased' my smoking memory! So so far so good and I am quite optimistic about the future. Pounds Lighter

Yes I have got on really well, I didn't need to use CD at first but then noticed a few bad habits creeping back so have used it a few times and it seems to have sorted me out. I am really pleased have also lost nearly stone and half really easily because of all the calories not having now and I joined the gym so am seeing really good results.
