Musician Performance

Musician Performance Hypnosis can help with performance, improvement in your technique, speedier learning processes and stage fright or assessment nerves. Musicians and performers are very often looking for ways of improving themselves and their techniques, if you are a musician or performer I am sure you will recognise there is a perfectionist element to your personality! Many musicians and performers use hypnosis as a way of improving themselves, and reaching out to become the best they can be, to play better, feel more confident, overcome stage fright and many more issues. Hypnotherapy can be very successful for these purposes, particularly when learning an instrument, or preparing for a performance.

I have a wide range of self hypnosis products coming soon. Current titles available on CD or mp3 are:

Violinist performance nerves
Improving your guitar playing
Singer performance nerves - feel calm and focussed
Overcoming Stage Fright
Singer's confidence, erasing nervous behaviours such as swallowing and other habits
