Underlying Issues
When I see clients about a problem like insomnia I am expecting to find one or more underlying causes. Successful treatment relies on addressing these issues. Sometimes there are many changes that can help which have nothing to do with hypnosis, such as creating a nice atmosphere, using earplugs or an eye mask!
Occasionally, if the person is under immense stress it can also be a good idea, to see your doctor for some temporary medication. A lot of problems are simply about habits - we are all creatures of habit, but we can change our habits and replace bad habits with good ones!
