In your hypnosis session we would look at what your target weight is and how much weight you would like to lose, your diet and what changes can facilitate the level of weight loss you wish to achieve. If you like, we can do a desensitization hypnosis to put you off the most high calorie foods in your diet. |

Another session would involve building your motivation to stay away from high calorie foods and enjoy eating smaller quantities or low calorie, low fat food. I also provide email support and advice every step of the way.
After Your Hypnosis Session You will find that you now have a strong motivation, new habits for eating healthier low fat low calorie low sugar foods. You will have a desire for healthy foods and little or no desire for high calorie foods. Though your behavior will be changed immediately through the hypnotherapy, weight loss will occur in a gradual healthy way. If you are considering using pills, cosmetic surgery, intense or radical diets or any other drastic weight loss measures you owe it to yourself to evaluate hypnotherapy to lose weight first.
