Bad Habits - Stop Now

Correcting Bad Habits with Hypnosis

Stop biting your nails, pulling your hair, procrastinating, stop compulsive behaviour and any other negative habits and behaviours you want to change. Habits can be easy to break with the help of hypnotherapy. Through hypnotherapy your subconscious can be re-programmed to stop negative or bad habits and replace them with new, positive habits. Bad habits are often outdated behaviours which come from a different time in our lives where we felt the ritual of these behaviours was helpful to us and perhaps relieved anxiety. Hypnosis helps to access the subconscious and change those habits quickly and easily. By using hypnosis the subconscious can be made aware of the negative qualities of the bad habit and instructed to take on the positive benefits of stopping the bad habit. The bad habit will no longer even exist for you after hypnosis. Usually only one session will be required for a simple habit or aspect of behaviour you wish to change. A few days after your session you will be sent a CD recorded especially for you and some useful information and resources. Many sources believe that habits are made or broken in 21 days. That is how long it will be before you are completely clear of your habit or behaviour you wish to change. With the help of your self hypnosis CD it will be easy for you to change your behaviour and take control, permanently. A habit is a learned behaviour that we do not feel comfortable without doing. We do not want to do it but for some reason cannot stop doing it. Very often we perform these habits without even knowing we are doing them. Hypnosis can help. Unwanted habits are often a way of managing, comforting or relieving stress, anxiety or boredom.
