If you suffer from a chronic lack of confidence and low self-esteem you can gain so much from hypnotherapy. On the first consultation we would discuss the ways in which you suffer from low self-esteem, and low confidence and the origins of this. Once we have established where you are and where you need to get to, we can begin the therapy with a powerful confidence booster hypnosis. The following session may include looking into the past to establish and alter a negative memory about your confidence and self image that is crucial to your lack of confidence you currently experience. Further sessions would re-build your confidence on a solid foundation. A program of 3 or 4 hypnotherapy sessions can make even the least confident person feel able to enjoy their life to the full, less self-conscious, less worried about what other people think, more aware of your positive qualities, feeling equal to other people, feeling good enough, and having an unshakable confidence.

Some more specific applications of confidence hypnotherapy may be for confidence in interviews, confidence when talking to your boss, or in meetings. Or perhaps your job requires a high level of confidence such as direct sales, telesales or management roles. For some people correcting negative self image is the starting point, re-learning how to see your positive attributes and to pay less attention to self doubt, self hate or negative thoughts. Another common problem is self consciousness, feeling that you are being scrutinised or criticised by others this can cause problems such as blushing, panic symptoms, generalised anxiety, embarrassment and an inferiority complex. |
